Mozart Kaffee recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Black Mozart chocolate liqueur
    5 oz hot black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Pour mozart and coffee into an irish coffee cup, and stir. Top with cream, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Black Mozart chocolate liqueur
    4 oz cold black unsweetened coffee
    1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
    1 oz whipped cream

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a collins glass topped with whipped cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
    1/2 oz rum
    coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Build the ingredients in a coffee mug. Top with whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry.

Spanish Gentlemen recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz grain alcohol
    4 – 6 oz espresso
    1 oz Ron Barcelo Imperial premium blend rum
    1 tsp sugar

Pour grain alcohol into a cup. Add espresso, sweetened to taste. Add Ron Barcelo Imperial rum, mix with a spoon, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    2 oz cognac
    4 oz strong espresso
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Mix congac, kahlua, and espresso in a parfait glass and stir gently. Top with whipped cream. Serve.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
    1/3 oz cognac
    1 1/2 oz cold black coffee
    3/4 oz whipping cream
    1/3 oz sugar syrup

Shake and strain into a champagne saucer.

Monte Cristo recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    fill with hot coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Moisten the rim of an irish coffee cup with lemon juice, and dip into sugar. Pour the kahlua and grand marnier into the cup, and fill (almost to the top) with coffee. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz limoncello lemon liqueur
    1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Pour Limoncello and Grand Marnier into coffee cup or glass. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Puerto Rican Coffee recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
    1 tsp Kahlua coffee liqueur
    5 oz hot black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream
    1 tsp sugar

Pour rum and coffee into an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream, and top with kahlua.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    3/4 oz peppermint schnapps
    coffee

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass, shake, and pour into a coffee mug. Add sugar and cream if desired, and serve.
